Winference 2025 was our biggest yet: 47 attendees, 6 private games, 3 term sheet simulations, 1 actual deal closed mid-bluff (shoutout to Yuki for folding a Series B like a champ). We turned negotiation into a sport, poker into performance, and theory into muscle memory.

That photo (attached) is the final table — 3:19 AM, no one blinking. You'll see me mid-raise, Krista at my shoulder, and every player still calculating odds they already lost. That's the real game: stay readable but unplayable.
